The Solution

Newspan have had the pleasure of completing a combination of refurbishments and new build that totals over 4000 square metres. The refurbishment projects involved converting Venlo glass roofs to new insulated composite roofs which will reduce the centres running costs. Newspan’s new build project at Planters was to construct a 9m wide, 265 sq m extension to match existing buildings. As well as increasing retail area, the impressive new restaurant building features folding and stacking doors which allow the elevations to be opened in order for diners to enjoy spring and summer sunshine.
