Newspan’s Managing Director Mark Murray and Tim Bray, Technical Sales Representative, will this year be joining more than 300 delegates from the nation’s leading garden centres at the GCA annual conference, which is being held from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 January at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Heythrop Park near Chipping Norton, Oxon.
An exciting line up of speakers for the 2012 conference is headed by renowned entrepreneur and Red or Dead designer Wayne Hemmingway MBE, who will share some of his business experiences in urban landscaping, retail and marketing on Tuesday 24 January. Other speakers include Clare Rayner, the founder and managing director of Retail Acumen, who will discuss cost effective ways to improve business turnover and the head of mobile technologies at Ogilvy Group UK, Scott Seaborn on boosting business through mobile advertising and creativity. Andrew Macmillan makes a welcome return to the conference too, speaking this year on the importance of personality in business.
