A leading developer of garden centres since our establishment in 1998, the Newspan team has over 90 years’ combined experience across a wide range of retail, industrial and public applications.  Based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, we work for clients throughout the UK and are delighted to have also recently attained ISO 9001 accreditation.


Sustainable building
At Newspan, we recognise the impact of our business on the environment and are committed to improving sustainably.  We design with sensitivity to environmental issues, building and refurbishing structures that will deliver long-term high levels of performance.

We endeavour to select products from sustainable sources and avoid all bar the safest and most essential use of hazardous materials or products.

We re-use and recycle to reduce waste, selecting recycled and recyclable products where performance and budget permits.

We prioritise energy efficiency and demand reduction – in our offices, our building practices and in the operation of the buildings we deliver.
